Disappointing

Picked up an hour late after having to call the office. Rather than a private tour with a guide that we purchased we were just sent a taxi. Our full day tour lasted just 5 hours with items on our itinerary missed. Our driver tried his best to explain some things but definitely not a guided tour. The one saving grace was a good lunch provided. We have used Viator many times in the past and have been happy with the service but this time we were disappointed and underwhelmed...

This tour was good but not excellent. The tour didn’t include the towers so we were disappointed about that. The batu caves worth a look but there isn’t a lot of see really. The other sites are more photo opportunities from the outside, no entry included. Would recommend if you need to see KL quickl..

This tour was really nice, but the tour guide mistakenly thought we were on another tour even though we discussed the day first thing in the morning. Had to remind him that we booked a tour that went to Batu Caves and he wasn't going to take us to the Royal Pewter factory and had to remind him of that as well. We talked about all of the steps at the caves first thing in the morning, so may have just been miscommunication. Really good day overall...

Ok tour, not amazing value for money. The full day tour turned out to be 9am till 2pm and it was annoying that we were taken from tourist-trap shops to tourist-trap shop, which were over priced and clearly had a kick back for the tour company. Add to that, we were shadowed around each shop by a pushy sales staff, prompting to buy everything. History and historical sights were interesting and the guide knew his stuff. Car was also clean and air conditioned...

Great tour, Shaun was our guide for the day. Arrived on time, in a clean well presented mini coach. Plenty of wet wipes and chilled bottles of water for every one. Great tour of the city, with loads of interesting things pointed out. Shaun told us a lot about the history of KL. OVERAlL TEN OUT OF TEN, AND EVEN HAD TINE FOR A BEER!..
